When Kastrup and Holmegaard Glasvrk merged in 1965, decanters and cylindrical glasses were discontinued. The glass is one of Denmark's only stackable glasses, which helped make the glass extremely popular. On a couple of shelves in the kitchen, you could store enough glasses for all large parties.
