H. Fred Skaggs Sterling Modernist BroachThe broach is small with a curved body and 7 semi precious stone cabachons of varying shapes and sizes. One of the stones has a tiny chip in it. H. Fred Skaggs is important in the modern history of Southwest jewelry. He had an influence on several Native American silversmiths.
