Háifoss, IcelandHifoss drops 122 metres into the Foss river canyon, making it one of Iceland's tallest waterfalls. Its neighbour Granni falls in parallel, a thinner stream that looks almost delicate by comparison. The two sit side by side in a deep gorge of layered basalt, the rock walls striped with centuries of volcanic history.
